The nursing team’s priority is to promote personal wellness and the optimization of health. They prioritize creating a friendly and comfortable environment where the residents will feel comfortable and at home. This is done through our provision of various services that are carried out by the nursing team and overseen by the director of nursing.

Nutritional Program
At Devonshire Oaks, we understand that the nutritional expectations and dietary needs of each resident can sometimes differ. We are more than happy to provide services to meet all dietary and therapeutic needs in accordance with orders from the physician or based on personalized care plans. Each resident will regularly be assessed by our nursing staff and dietitian to ensure that their nutritional needs are being met. In addition to this, oral supplemental diets are available.
