Rehabilitation Services
Our skilled and highly qualified therapists are experienced in working with residents with various conditions through physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Through planned routines and exercises, our rehabilitation team aids the residents in building their cognitive and motor skills as well as a helping create a greater sense of confidence and independence. Beginning with an initial assessment of the individual and the precise targeting of their needs, our nursing and rehab team are able to create a personalized care plan and schedule for the needed therapy
Along with our nursing and primary services, we offer rehabilitation services which include:
Physical therapy (5 times a week or as needed)
Occupational therapy (5 times a week or as needed)
Speech therapy (3 times a week or as needed)
Modes of Therapy and Available Equipment:
Depending on the resident’s need and level of strength the following are provided with the assistance of a therapist:
Stationary bikes (wheelchair accessible)
Therabed
Ankle weights
Weighted bars (2lbs, 3lbs, 4lbs)
Dumbbells
In-facility walking and training
Intermediate walking and training (varying terrain, uneven surfaces, etc)
Stair-trainer
Conditioning exercises for individuals with maximal assist
Therapeutic and Restorative Care:
Activities of daily living
Ambulation
Range of motion
Positioning and alignment
Wound care and management
Bowel and bladder training
Pay Modalities:
Our rehabilitation process and plan of care vary on a case-to-case basis as well as the resident’s need and level of strength. With that in mind, payment and pricing for therapy vary on the resident’s healthcare plan and their insurance.
