Social Services
Our social services aid the residents and their families with their needs in transitioning the resident from their previous living environment. For each and every resident, our social services oversees and carries on helping with care planning, discharge planning, and any concerns that the resident or their family may have. At Devonshire Oaks, our social services devote themselves to guiding the residents through personalized activities and group programs to meet the needs and expand the horizons of each resident.
